License period
The licenses will be valid for a period of one year from the purchase / production installation date of our products. The licenses would be automatically renewed for the next annual year.

Cancellation / termination
Customer may terminate this Agreement and/or Order upon not less than sixty (60) days' prior written notice before the next annual renewal.
